This 90 minute interactive webinar aims to share some tips and tools for planning a small scale, simple evaluation of local services. A case study will be used to illustrate key steps such as:
There will be activities to complete and a chance to ask questions and get feedback. For this reason we are limiting places to 20. If it proves popular we will offer it again at a later date.
It is aimed at staff in our partner organisations who are new to the concept of evaluation or have only a basic knowledge, and are looking for some help with getting started with a simple evaluation.
Please note: this is based on our popular one day ‘Introduction to service evaluation’ course so if you have previously attended that course, this webinar will not cover new content.
