China is a research psychologist with extensive experience in conducting qualitative and quantitative research in the field of reproductive health and fertility.
China completed her PhD entitled ‘childbearing decision making: where are all the men’ in 2012 and went on to work as part of the Cardiff Fertility Studies research team where she remains an honorary research associate. In 2021 China joined the University of Bristol, working in public health, specifically intervention evaluation. China’s research has contributed to understanding the psychosocial aspects of reproductive health, fertility, fertility education and assisted reproductive technology treatment planning and continuation.
