Dr Katie Breheny is a Health Economist and Chartered Psychologist. Her PhD in Health Economics explored the use of economic evidence for evaluating school-based public health interventions. She has experience working in industry and most recently academia. Previously she held an NIHR SPHR Post-doctoral Launching Fellowship which focused on applied research in public health settings. She is currently an NIHR DEM-COMM Fellow, funded by NIHR ARC West and the Alzheimer’s Society. Her research will explore the use of ICECAP capability-wellbeing measures in dementia patients.
