ARC multiple long term conditions national programme seminar

The NIHR ARC for East Midlands is the national priority area lead for multiple long term conditions (MLTC). Their seminar is for anyone who’s interested in MLTC, with contributions from across the NIHR ARCs.
This seminar is chaired by Professor Kamlesh Khunti, Director for NIHR ARC East Midlands and lead for the MLTC national priority area.

Evaluating implementation of a framework for identification and tailored cardiovascular disease prevention intervention (UCLP-Primrose) for people with severe mental illness – ARC North Thames
Personalised primary care for patients with MLTC – ARC West
Optimising structured medication reviews: A real-time observational cohort study with integrated qualitative evaluation – ARC Oxford & Thames Valley
Audit based education: Bitesize, focussed, dashboard-based feedback, to implement NICE do-not-do Recommendations in people with cardiometabolic comorbidities – ARC Oxford & Thames Valley
There will also be interactive workshops focused on PPIE, collaborations, knowledge mobilisation and the 10 year NHS plan.
