The communications team at NIHR ARC West wants to better understand the communications training needs of the health research community.
Communications is an important part of health research, but the necessary skills aren’t often taught to people working in the sector. If you work in health research and feel you would benefit from building your communications skills, please complete this short survey, which should take no more than a minute or two:
Zoe Trinder-Widdess, Head of Communications at NIHR ARC West, said:
“I’ve been running two successful courses for ARC West for several years now, How to Win at Twitter and Writing for a Lay Audience. They are always very popular. Many of my communications colleagues also offer courses or have useful skills to share. But we don’t really know what the community wants. So this is your chance to tell us!
“I really enjoy the training part of what I do. I hope that the information from the survey will help me and other communications professionals develop new courses, on topics that people really want.”
